Description: Jordan's first album, Birds of Prey, was released by Deepgrooves/ Sony in 1997. The songs show Jordan's propensity for experimentation and her early love of combining industrial "found sound" with melodic celtic vocals. The tracks themselves range from riot grrl alternative rock, through metal, folk, grunge, industrial and pop.

Reviews:

"I'd be loath to categorize music this original. PJ Harvey springs to mind, but the style is 100% Jordans. Her vocals are astounding". The Mix (UK)

"This album willl tear you apart - and it may be the best thing you buy all year". Rip It Up (NZ)
